The content on this website is provided for general business information and service discovery. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, upload harmful code, copy protected materials without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Service Engagements
Service scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, milestones, dependencies, support terms, and responsibilities are defined in written proposals, estimates, invoices, statements of work, order confirmations, or signed agreements. Work begins only after commercial terms are accepted and any required advance payment is received.
Pricing and Payments
Prices are quoted in proposals, invoices, or written communication based on the selected service scope. Taxes, gateway charges, third-party tools, hosting, licenses, subscriptions, and out-of-scope work may be charged separately where applicable. Payments may be collected through bank transfer, payment links, invoices, or payment gateway providers such as Razorpay.
Service Delivery Policy
Modulemint primarily delivers digital and professional services. No physical shipping is involved unless specifically agreed in writing. Deliverables may be shared through email, project management tools, cloud repositories, staging links, deployment environments, documentation, or other agreed digital channels. Delivery timelines depend on client inputs, approvals, technical access, third-party platforms, and project complexity.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the service stage and agreed scope. If a client cancels before work begins, Modulemint may refund the eligible amount after deducting payment gateway charges, taxes where non-recoverable, and any administrative or discovery costs already incurred. Amounts paid for completed work, approved milestones, third-party tools, licenses, hosting, custom development, consulting sessions, or resources already allocated are generally non-refundable. Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines.
Revisions and Support
Revisions are provided according to the agreed proposal or scope. Requests outside the approved scope, additional integrations, redesigns, new automation logic, additional environments, emergency support, or changes after approval may require separate quotation and payment.
Intellectual Property
Modulemint brand assets, website content, internal methods, reusable components, templates, documentation structures, and pre-existing materials remain the property of Modulemint unless expressly transferred in writing. Client-owned data, brand materials, and business information remain the property of the client. Final ownership of custom deliverables is governed by the relevant written agreement and payment completion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modulemint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from website use, third-party platforms, payment gateway downtime, hosting providers, client-side changes, or services outside the agreed scope.
