Human Oversight Responsibility

Final decisions remain the responsibility of the user
Modulemint is not responsible for actions taken based on AI outputs

Prohibited Use of AI

You agree not to use Modulemint’s AI systems for:

Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
Generating misleading, defamatory, or abusive content
Violating intellectual property or privacy rights
High-risk applications without explicit agreement

Data Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring they have rights to use any data provided to AI systems
Not submitting sensitive or regulated data unless agreed
Compliance with GDPR or other applicable regulations

AI Training and Improvements

Unless otherwise agreed:

Modulemint may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve AI systems

Third-Party AI and Infrastructure

Downtime or failures from third-party systems
