Confidential Workflows
We treat client process maps, operational data, credentials, business requirements, technical architecture, automation logic, and project communication as confidential business information. Access is shared internally only with team members who need it for the relevant engagement.
Access Control
Where client systems, repositories, dashboards, cloud platforms, or automation tools are involved, access should be limited to authorized users and revoked when no longer required. We recommend role-based access, separate user accounts, strong passwords, multi-factor authentication where available, and periodic access review.
Payment Security
Online payments, where enabled, may be processed through payment gateway providers such as Razorpay. Modulemint does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, net banking passwords, or sensitive payment instrument credentials on its website or servers.
Responsible Automation
Automation systems should include appropriate validation, monitoring, access controls, exception handling, logs, human review points, and safeguards based on the business process being automated. Critical business actions should not be automated without clear approval rules and rollback planning.
Third-Party Platforms
Many projects depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment gateways, CRMs, ERPs, marketplaces, analytics tools, cloud providers, or communication tools. Their security, uptime, and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies.
